Gouda cheese

You can't miss the fact that Gouda is famous for its cheese.

Some people pretend Gouda doesn't produce cheese anymore, well the case is that the farms around Gouda produce the milk and there is still cheese produced here in the surroundings, maybe not in the city itself but really under the name of Gouda Cheese. My sister lived behind a big warehouse of cheese, that has closed and moved out of the city some time ago.
